MD&M West 2026 Preview – Med-Tech Insights

MD&M West 2026 takes place next week at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. Med-Tech Insights will be on location at the event, reporting on all the latest insights from the show floor, with plenty of video content coming your way. If you’re heading to the show next week, here is a roundup of companies that are exhibiting and making announcements at the event.

Critical Manufacturing – Booth 3639

Critical Manufacturing will be demonstrating how manufacturers can move beyond digital transformation concepts and apply them in real production environments using a platform built for complexity, scale, and regulatory demands.

During the three days of the event, the company will focus on how manufacturers in Medical Devices and Industrial Equipment can use MES as the operational backbone, strengthened by enterprise data and practical AI capabilities.

TANAKA Precious Metal Technologies – Booth 2185

TANAKA PRECIOUS METAL TECHNOLOGIES Co., Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of precious metal materials, will exhibit its Visi Fine Series, a lineup of highly radiopaque precious metal materials and other precious metal-based materials for medical device components.

First unveiled at the 2025 event, the Visi Fine portfolio harnesses TANAKA’s deep expertise in materials development and advanced processing technologies—including diverse melting methods, ultra-fine wire manufacturing, and laser processing—to transform precious metals into highly reliable materials for medical device components.

LaserLinc – Booth 2063

LaserLinc will officially unveil its new brand identity to the public at MD&M West 2026, where the company will also introduce three new product innovations. Featuring a modernised logo and refreshed visual identity, the company says the update marks LaserLinc’s progression from a trusted measurement provider to a technology partner supporting increasingly complex manufacturing environments.

Micro Component Group – Booth 1587

The Micro Component Group (MCG) invites engineers and OEMs to visit its booth to explore how next-generation photo-chemical etching (PCE) is enabling smaller, cleaner, and more reliable metal components for tomorrow’s medical devices.

MCG’s PCE technology is particularly well-suited for highly demanding micro-scale medical components, includingmicro-needles for drug delivery and vaccine administration, precision structures for diagnostics and patient monitoring, micro-features for wearable therapeutic or sensing devices, and ultra-fine components used in dermatology and cosmetic treatment applications.

Masterflex Group – Booth 3158

Masterflex Group subsidiaries Fleima-Plastic and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik will be showcasing their cutting-edge tubing and injection moulding products and services for the medical technology sector at the VDMA joint stand at MD&M West.

Technology leaders and solution partners Novoplast Schlauchtechnik and Fleima-Plastic develop and manufacture high-quality injection-moulded parts, plastic tubing, connectors, sets and assemblies for demanding medical technology applications.

Trelleborg – Booth 2911

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is set to exhibit advanced solutions for medical devices, pharmaceutical and biotech applications at MD&M West.

Attendees can also see examples of thermoplastic injection moulding, elastomer-moulded and extruded tubing, hose, sheeting, multicomponent parts and micromoulding.

Covestro – 2439

At MD&M West 2026, Covestro will highlight “The Material Effect”, a powerful combination of materials science, process and application development that drives true breakthroughs. This approach enables customers and partners to achieve more in sustainability, circularity and performance of their life-enhancing solutions.

Booth visitors can explore healthcare solutions that exemplify “The Material Effect” in action: High-Impact TPU films for smart sensing; Korion Health’s SoundHeart electronic stethoscope; MonuMedical’s EZfuser non-electric infusion system; Maestro; IMAGIO digital platform; and Dureflex MA5000 thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film on paper carrier.

Guill Tool & Engineering – 1628

Guill Tool, a world leader in extrusion tooling, will introduce and demonstrate its new Unicam crosshead.  The name derives from a combination of advancements made to two of the company’s most tried and true technologies: the Single-Point concentricity adjustment system and the Cam-Lock fastener-free assembly system.

On the front of the head, the new Universal Adjustment system allows the user to choose either the traditional 4-bolt method of concentricity adjustment or the Single-Point style of concentricity adjustment. To switch from traditional to Single-Point operation, simply remove the four locking bolts that hold the adjustment ring in place. If an application requires very fine adjustments, optional Micro-Adjust screws are available.

QT9 Software – 3279

QT9 Software, a global technology leader in Quality Management Software, ERP, and MRP solutions, will exhibit at MD&M West 2026, showcasing its QT9 QMS, a quality management platform designed to empower organisations in life sciences, medical device, and biotechnology manufacturing with streamlined quality processes, automated compliance workflows, and simplified ISO and FDA requirements, all in a single, integrated system says the company.

HiArc – 3867

HiArc will make its MD&M West debut in February 2026, showcasing its full-scope development capabilities for medical and diagnostic instrumentation. The CDMO (Contract Design and Manufacturing Organisation) will highlight its end-to-end offering, from concept to commercialisation ,and unveil its first commercial product offering.

With decades of experience in delivering complex medical and diagnostics platforms, HiArc’s engineering expertise incorporates microfluidics, optics, robotics and thermal control which it combines to create integrated, precision systems, with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), built in.
